About the Blog
About The Common Uncommonly:
John D. Rockefeller once said, “The secret of success is to do the common things uncommonly well.”
Brand loyalty requires excellence and uniqueness. It’s about picking the right common things and figuring out how to do them uncommonly well. And then, knowing how to talk about it.
This blog is my way of sharing my observations on the pros and cons of loyalty, based on what I see as a marketer and a consumer, an employer and an employee, and a researcher at heart.
A little about myself:
I’m a Floridian by birth, a Memphian by marriage, a proud father of three, and a very curious person. I like to know things. I like to ask questions. And I like to share knowledge.
I work at Message Factors. You can find out more about Message Factors here.
